Our submission to the Commonwealth Government's Integrated System Plan (ISP) Directions Paper highlighted the different drivers of investment across electricity and gas markets. In gas markets, bilateral contracting, rather than regulatory processes, has enabled the nimble and efficient expansion of infrastructure and the appropriate allocation of risk between parties.
