In our May 2025 submission to the Pilbara Evolution Consultation Papers, we stressed the importance of a regulatory environment that encourages and derisks investment in greenfield, large-scale transmission infrastructure. A light-handed regulatory framework in the Pilbara will help unlock this investment.
