* Unit holders of APA Infrastructure Trust can nominate a person to fill a vacancy on the Board of APA Group Limited by serving on APA Group Limited at least 60 days before the annual general meeting a notice signed by the unitholder signifying the unitholder’s intention to nominate the person for election to APA Group Limited and a notice signed by the person and signifying their consent to act as a director of APA Group Limited. Further information on how to nominate will be made available on APA’s website prior to the opening date for receipt of nominations.
