2028-33 Transmission Determination Proposal

As co-owner and operator of Murraylink, we are responsible for preparing the next Regulatory Proposal, that will begin on 1 July 2028 and run through to 30 June 2033, on behalf of Energy Infrastructure Investments.

Since September 2025, we have been working closely with a dedicated and diverse stakeholder group to shape the 2028–33 Regulatory Proposal. The results of this collaboration will culminate in the submission of our Regulatory Proposal to the AER on 31 January 2027.

Ahead of submitting our Regulatory Proposal to the AER, we will publish an ‘Overview of the draft Regulatory Proposal’ on this website for stakeholder feedback.
