Directlink
Directlink is a 63 km high-voltage direct current electricity interconnector linking New South Wales and Queensland.
On 31 January 2024, Directlink submitted its Revenue Proposal for the 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2030 (2025–30) regulatory period to the AER. In preparing the Revenue Proposal a series of meetings were established where many stakeholders were invited to participate and share their views and preferences on the Directlink interconnector and how it should operate in the future. Stakeholder input was instrumental in helping to improve Directlink’s understanding of the needs and expectations of different consumer segments.
