Your to do list

Next 12 months

  1. Review and Understand Key changes
Read the Build Pack and join a live technical drop-in session for questions. Be aware that APA is introducing a new Gas Data Exchange using REST API and SFTP instead of FTPS and web services for transport nominations.
  2. Plan, Develop and Prepare for Change
Scope and plan updates to your systems, processes, and teams to align with APA’s delivery timelines. Begin system development and write industry test cases that reflect your business processes and how you use APA’s services.
  3. Provide Onboarding Data
Formally select your data exchange method (REST API or SFTP) and send APA your IP address range(s) you will use for testing and production and contact email for account setup.
  4. Run Connectivity Testing
Update firewall settings and run connectivity tests to confirm access to APA’s systems. This can be done in parallel with development.
  5. Participate in Industry Testing
Complete internal system testing, then run your industry test cases to validate integration with APA’s systems.
