Our paid intern program is your chance to get hands-on experience and make a real impact. It runs for 12 weeks from November to February each year.
We'll set you up for success with a dedicated induction, on-the-job training, and learning sessions tailored to your cohort. You'll tackle meaningful work alongside a supportive team, all while building your skills and network.
You'll be part of an intern cohort, giving you the chance to connect with other students and young professionals at APA. Our seasoned experts will be there to guide you every step of the way.
Through observing, learning and actively contributing, you'll gain valuable experience and strengthen your industry knowledge. Plus, our intern program can open doors to our Graduate Program - it's a fantastic pathway to launch your career at APA.

To be eligible for our Summer Intern Program, you must:
- Be at University studying a relevant field.
- Be passionate about Australia's energy future.
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian Permanent Resident.
