Access to information and on-line training courses for suppliers and contractors via our Supplier & Contractor Portal.
At APA, safety is important for everything we do and that applies to both personal safety and the safety of our assets. As such, contractors and subcontractors working for APA and on APA sites will be required to provide proof of relevant competencies and training prior to performing work on APA worksite.
APA is now using SkillPASS as the competency management system for contractors. It is an efficient tool for storing your licences and training certificates, and provides a simple way for us to check contractor competencies for roles you are performing for APA.
All contractors working on APA sites should be registered with SkillPASS. Online inductions are now available through SkillPASS. If you complete the induction through the old portal, you will need to ensure you obtain the completion certificate and upload to your SkillPASS profile. You can now attach a Job Role to your Skillpass. Click here to view the Networks Job Role Matrix, and to see what competencies are required for your job role.
Please note the minimum requirements for all contractors is to complete APA HSE Induction and APA Environmental Induction.
Inductions via SkillPASS
APA online inductions can now be completed through SkillPASS. To register for SkillPASS and/or complete inductions, click on the link below. Please ensure you allow one business day for processing registrations, which is required prior to accessing inductions.

Inductions via Supplier and Contractor Portal
If inductions are completed through the Supplier and Contractor Portal, completion certificates need to be uploaded to SkillPASS profiles.
If you are a new supplier or contractor to APA, you will have the option to create a new user account. Your username and password will be emailed to you. If you are a returning to the portal you will be asked to enter your username and password.

Other Training
Where required by APA, supplier and contractor personnel must satisfactorily complete prescribed APA training courses. Once completed, certificates should be uploaded to Skillpass profiles.
