APA operates and has a 50% ownership interest in the SEA Gas Pipeline which transports natural gas from Port Campbell and Iona in Victoria to Adelaide and other regional markets in South Australia and Victoria.
The SEA Gas Pipeline comprises a 680km mainline, which transports natural gas from Port Campbell and Iona in Victoria to Pelican Point (Adelaide) and other regional markets in South Australia and Victoria, plus two short laterals (PCA Lateral or WUGS Lateral and the Port Campbell to Iona Pipeline). Nearly all the Pipeline’s current load is sourced from the three Foundation Shippers (Origin Energy, GDF Suez and EnergyAustralia) under long term agreements to the end of 2018.
The SEA Gas Pipeline is not a covered pipeline under the access regime of the National Gas Law and the National Gas Rules.
