Graduate roles

The APA Graduate Program provides a unique opportunity for graduates to gain valuable industry experience, learn about our business and build your career with your chosen discipline. Our graduates start on 4 March 2024.

As a Graduate on our two year Program, we offer you:

Four six month rotations across the selected business stream
Performance feedback and salary increase at the end of each rotation

Intern roles

The APA Internship Program provides a paid, unique opportunity for students to spend 12 weeks from 27 November 2023 until 17 February 2024, in a role supporting a team from their chosen area of study. This is a full time commitment, with the exception of the 2 week shut down period over the Christmas and New Year period.
