APA is committed to making optimal procurement decisions that provide best value for money on a total cost basis, based on competitive pricing and having regard to health and safety, environmental, technical, quality, and timeliness requirements. Sourcing, category management and contractor and supplier management for goods and services will be undertaken at the most appropriate level for each category – be it at a national, regional, and/or individual asset/site level.
Supplying to APA
Unless a separate overriding contract has been entered into with APA, all goods and services supplied to APA need be in accordance with our Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.
Our suppliers and contractors and their personnel are required to adhere to specific APA policies and procedures whenever they are on an APA site, including for example Health, Safety & Environment Policy and Alcohol and Drug Policy. Suppliers and contractors are responsible for reading and adhering to these policies and procedures.
APA may amend these policies and procedures from time to time by posting amendments on the website.
