What is the apa way?

the apa way is how we do business — it comprises how we behave, guided by our values & how we make decisions guided by our decision compass. When it comes to making decisions, we think of our values as the ‘heart’ and the decision compass as the ‘head’. Together, we refer to them as the ‘apa way’. The apa way defines ‘how we do things around here’.
