The words in our Customer Promise were written by APA people from across the organisation. It was a significant piece of work based on feedback from our customers on our business and service.

After launching the Customer Promise internally at the start of 2019, we introduced it to our customers at a series of events across the country throughout the year.

We believe that what’s good for the customer is good for the business. So we are undertaking positive and ongoing changes across our business to ensure the customer stays front-of-mind.
