Australian Pipeline Limited (APL) in its capacity as responsible entity of Australian Pipeline Trust and APT Investment Trust confirms that its offer (Offer) made under APL’s off markettakeover bid for all the stapled securities in the GasNet Australia Group (GasNet) closed at 7.00 pm (Sydney time) on 1 November 2006.
