APA Group advises that based on the most recent information made available from Apache Energy, in particular that partial resumption of gas supply is now expected to take a “couple of months”, APA Group reconfirms that at this point in time the Varanus Island incident is expected to have no material financial impact.

This nonmaterial impact is due to a combination of factors including the take or pay nature of APA’s revenue contracts on both the Goldfields and Telfer Pipelines and the ability of shippers to source some alternate gas supplies.
