· There is a strong smell of gas by your meter or cylinder
· You can smell gas in the air
· You can hear a noise from gas escaping
· If there has been an explosion or fire
· You can smell gas in a highly populated area such as a shopping centre, school or the city
· You are aware of or may have caused damage to a gas pipe, meter or pipeline.
Please report all damage no matter how minor.
